Trust The Process is a calm, versatile grey from The Chalk Company’s Chalk-Style Premium Paint collection. Color Reference: RAL 7037 / Dusty Grey — a balanced, mid-toned grey with subtle warm undertones. Not too light, not too dark — the grey that works with everything and fights with nothing.

This is the workhorse of any furniture flipper’s palette. It bridges the gap between stark white and moody charcoal, making it the perfect choice for pieces that need to feel polished without being precious. Pairs beautifully with chrome and brushed nickel hardware, white oak, navy accents, and soft blush textiles. Our chalk-style formula delivers an ultra-matte, velvety finish with exceptional coverage in just one to two coats — no sanding or priming required. One 32 oz jar covers approximately 150–175 sq ft — enough for a standard dresser, nightstand, or set of dining chairs in two coats. Dries to the touch in 30–60 minutes; ready for a second coat or wax in 1–2 hours.
