Shipping policy

1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (order by 12:00 PM EST)

3. Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on orders over $49. This applies to domestic orders only.

4. Domestic Shipping We currently ship to all 50 US states. Some remote areas may experience longer delivery times.

5. International Shipping At this time, we do not ship internationally. We hope to offer international shipping in the future — stay tuned!

6. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
