Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at [your email address] with your order number and reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used paint products
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges If you received a damaged or defective item, we'll gladly exchange it. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage.
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
